This set screener is installed on Saning Chemical Factory on the begining of 2019, it is for Compound fertilizer screening.
It is for replacing one old drum screener at site, because the compound fertilizer material is very sticky so always block the drum screener mesh, the worker need clean the drum screener mesh each week, and it take about 1 two 2 days for each time mesh changing or cleaning, the replacing working time duration is too long.
So the select our MHG model screener , because it is easy to change the mesh when the mesh blocked, the request changing time decrease too much, two people could finish the mesh changing work within 30 mins, compare previous 2 days, the effect is obvious. So the MHG screener could bring much more output than previous drum screener, and save the labor.
