Working Principle of Gyratory Sieve:
The total gyratory movement of the square gyratory sieve can rapidly spread, stratify and separate the material. The unique gyratory motion can quickly spread the material across the full width of screen at the feed end, driving the particles move forward contact with the screen surface. The large horizontal amplitude can improve the sieving effect of the near-size particles, and can improve the material handling capacity of the machine.

Gyratory Sift is one precision sifting equipment, Our gyratory sifter include MH model gyratory sifter, MHG side doors access gyratory sifter and round gyratory vibrating sifter.
Both MH model and MHG model gyratory sift are rectangular model sifting equiment, its sifter mesh dimension could be from 1.0m*0.6m to 2.0m*5.0m, so its capacity could cover severial KGS per hour to 200TPH refer to different mesh aperture size and mesh area. So it could be used in many industry for finnal screening.

MH model or MHG Gyratory Seprator is one kind separation equipment, the rectangular gyratory separator is different with vibration separator equipment, the MH model or MHG model gyratory seprator is separating material via reciprocating-gyratory motion on a almost horizontal plane. The slope angle of the deck surface is very little, always between 4 degrees to 10 degrees.
The reciprocating gyratory motion could let the material touch the mesh surface all the time, so it could take most use of the screen mesh area, so the screening precision is high. We Mega Young Screening Technology assemble one demo screen equipment today, it is one MHG rectangular gyratory screen which could mainten the mesh from the side of the screener box.
We will keep this demo screen in our workshop for material test screening.
The demo gyratory screen with two layer deck, and we will assemble moutiple sets mesh panel with different mesh aperture for customer different request.
The customer could tell us their request mesh aperture size and post us some sample bulk material , then we could do the material test screening for our customer, then select one proper modle screener for our customer refer to the test result.
