Rectangular Gyratory Sifter and round Tumbler Sifter comparison

Mega Young Screening technology have rectangular gyratory sifter, round gyratory vibrating sifter and round gyratory tumbler sifter, the three model gyratory sifter all do the the reciprocating-gyratory motion one level plane or almost horizontal plane.

But still there are one major difference between the rectangular gyratory sifter and round gyratory sifter as following about the material moving path distance

1.Round gyratory sifter feed material flow motion as following

From above pictures, the inlet of round gyratory sifter is in the center of top cover, so the bulk material will be feed from the center of the sifter, and it also will fall down on the center of the sifter  mesh, and the sifter outlets on the edge of the sifter casing structure

The material will flow toward the edge of the sifter casing from the sifter mesh center, it could not move the whole sifter mesh surface,so the material flow path distance only a little longer than the 1/2 of the sifter deck diameter, for example, the sifter equipment diameter is 2m, the material movement path distance may only 1.2m, it is much shorter than the deck circle diameter 2m, so the sifting path is shorter than the screener deck diameter when adopt round gyratory  sifter.

2.Rectangular gyratory sifter feed material flow motion path as following

From above pictures, the rectangular gyratory sifter  inlet is on one end of the top cover, so the material will be feed from one end of the sifter casting, and discharged from another end of the sifter casing, the material flow will pass the whole sifer mesh surface.

The material will flow toward the end of the outlet after feed into the gyratory sifter equipment inlet, the material movement path will be along the whole length, and the material will to the gyratory motion along with the screener box, so the fact material moving path distance will be much longer than the sifter casing length, for example, the side door access gyratory sifter area is 1.2m*1.9m, the material flow moving path distance will be much larger than 1.9m, it is even 2 times of 1.9m, and the stroke of the screener is 60mm-88mm, the moving speed is higher, that is why the same   side access door gyratory sifter mesh area is 3-6 times of same area of round gyratory screener, for round gyratory tumbler sifter, the material along could use the 1/2 of diameter of the screener mesh, but for the side access door gyratory sifter, it could use even 2 times length of the gyratory screener mesh length, and have much higher movement speed
